Here is why...The money to pay for the processing of Business Reply Envelopes that are sent out for surveys has to be replenished by the Village in order to receive the responses back from the post office. If this account runs out of money, the post office keeps the envelopes until someone from the post office gets around to notifying the Village that they need more money. This situation can be avoided by letting Pat Katsoolias in Finance (x5907) know about your mailing before you send it out.
